The terms “You,” “Your,” and “Yours” refer to the entity/ person/ organization using our Website. When this policy mentions “we”, “us,”, and “our” it refers to the Website and its subsidiaries or /and affiliates. The term “services” refers to any product or item you bought on our Website.
This Refund Policy is governed by our Terms of Service.
- The dispute will be fairly judged by our experts.
- You will receive a full refund if we feel the designer has not provided the level of service you paid for.
- Your payment will be considered as a “Kill Fee“ (non-refundable) if you’re not eligible for the refund.
How did we decide that you’re eligible for the refund:
- If the designer has not provided the design as per as your requirements.
- If you failed to reach the designer for at least 7 business days.
How did we decide that you’re not eligible for the refund:
- If you want to change your mind.
- If you depart from the original design concept.
- If you ordered mistakenly.
- The maximum limit of time to ask for a refund is 24hrs after submitting the first design concept by the designer.
- Any kind of unethical or unrealistic demands will be non-acceptable.
Our decision will be final.
